Haptown Apartment
A full-floor apartment rebuilt around warmth: lime plaster walls, walnut joinery and travertine, layered with olive bouclé, terracotta and brushed brass.
View projectWe design interiors the way a building is designed — from structure outward. Plans are redrawn before finishes are chosen, joinery is detailed before furniture is selected, and every material is specified for how it will age rather than how it photographs on day one.
Eleven is an interior architecture studio working across apartments, houses and the occasional small commercial interior. Each project starts on the plan: walls move, circulation is rebuilt, and light is planned before a single finish is named.
We work in a narrow, deliberate palette — lime plaster, travertine, walnut, oak, wool, brass — and we return to it project after project, because restraint compounds. What changes is the proportion, the joinery and the light.

A family home in ZED East composed of curved plaster, concealed light and quiet timber — rooms that hold a family without ever raising their voice.

We measure and redraw what is actually there — not what the developer's drawing claims. Every project begins with an accurate as-built plan.
Walls are moved, openings are cut and circulation is rebuilt. This is the stage where a home is actually made; everything after it is refinement.
A full material selection per room — wall finish, stone, wood, upholstery, metal, flooring — specified together so the palette holds across the whole plan.
Custom joinery detailed alongside a curated furniture selection, so built-in and loose pieces read as one collection rather than two decisions.
Every room is rendered and issued as a presentation set, then documented for site so the built result matches the drawing.
